Meridian Stars - Competition Dance Program

We are proud to be part of the STARS National Junior Dance Program. The STARS dance team has more than 2,000 members nationwide. Dancers learn proper dance technique, fun and challenging routines, and many life skills.

Being on the Competition Showteam gives students the opportunity to grow in dance, work as a team, as well as volunteer in the community. Participants on each team perform at several events during the year such as: Idaho Stampede Games, Festival of the Trees, Freeze Frame, Meridian Dairy Days Parade, and the Idaho Kids Fair. They also travel out of state for regional and national dance competitions.
